By using Roni you agree to the following terms of service.
You are not allowed to use any content from Roni without prior written permission. Also, be friendly in the game.
Roni is offered on an “as is” and “ as available” basis. This means that we and our partners don’t give any representation, warranty, guarantee or any other form of comfort, express, implied or statutory, or make any representation regarding the information that we display in the game. Roni and our partners hereby disclaim any and all implied warranties, including all implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement or fitness for a specific purpose of the Roni service.
Under no circumstances will Roni or any of our partners be liable for any claims arising from or relating to your use, or inability to use Roni. This means any direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages or losses including: loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of claim, loss of data or wasted expenditure arising from or pursuant to any interruption, downtime (for maintenance, updates or otherwise), breakdown or non-availability of the Roni service.
You may terminate your account at any time and for any reason. Terminating your account can be done either from the Settings within the Roni App, or by sending an email to info@ronigame.com.
We may terminate your account and your access to Roni at any time and for any reason. We are not required to provide you with any notice or warning prior to any such termination.
We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any such change or modification will be effective immediately upon publishing, and your continued use of Roni after any changes or modifications to these Terms are published will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, such changes or modifications. If you object to any change or modification, your sole recourse shall be to cease using Roni.
Our privacy policy is incorporated into these terms of service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
